[Localization] [ANNOUNCE] Upcoming release for Sucrose 0.82 series

Hello all translators,
According to the schedule for Sucrose 0.82
(http://sugarlabs.org/go/ReleaseTeam/Roadmap#Schedule), the next
stable release is supposed to go out on September 5th, with tarballs
being due on September 3rd. So this is yet another chance for you to
push up the stats for your languages. There has been some minor string
additions to a few modules (mostly in the Glucose 0.82 segment), and
so even if you had 100% covered a week back, you might want to spare
10 minuets and translate the new strings that have appeared. Don't
forget to commit the files once you have made the changes :-).
