Hi Marco,

Thanks a lot! Sounds like a good plan and I'm glad Michael is on board.

My only comment is that you should make sure you take some vacation.

We can wait a few days if needed. We need you rested for the final 
sprint to release and its certain that some major release blocker type 
issues are going to be on your plate soon.

Khaled and team

Let's try to bring up some more Python + Arabic programmers in to the 
fold if we can. Let's use this to reach out and ask more people to help.

Find a few small tasks they can help with (testing would be one or 
translating some strings is another).
