[Localization] Pootle internal error

I usually update the PO files every Friday, but I can also do it out
of schedule when there is a major string change in any module. Just
poke me on IRC/mail me to get that done. :-)
Ideally the POT <-> PO merge should be doable by the language admin -
I am mentoring a summer of code student this year who has plans to
implement this feature.
