[Localization] Request for translation admins: Please add your name to the wiki

Hi!

I've participated in the translation volunteer work of Japanese
since this August.

FYI: My translation works in past was in "To Do" list in above page.

I've just registered my name in Sign-up table mentioned below.
I also registered Pootle and started translation work there, but
how can I get Admin right for Pootle?
