[Localization] French manual

Hi Ed, you might check the activity bundle translations at
dev.laptop.org/translate .
There should really be a .pot string for the title in every activity's
collection of translatable strings.  Not all activities do this,
however.  Some are theoretically the same (latin-script) name in every
script.
