[Localization] Admin status for Core, Bundled

Simos,

Done! You now have admin & assign rights in Core & Bundled.
The workflow within each language is decided by the admin, but we 
need to coordinate the overall workflow... especially now given 
the branching announced in sugar...

Should I add greek to packaging and give you admin rights?
