[Localization] Pootle Downtime Today (13th November) from 14:30 hrs GMT

Hi everyone,
As we approach the final stages of our Pootle deployment, we will be
moving around a few files and directories, and hence Pootle will not be
available from 14:30 hours GMT onwards. The process should not take more
than four hours, so hopefully, we will be back up and running by 18:30
hrs GMT.
