[Localization] Sorting out the localisation tickets

We need to fix a bug (#2564) in the activity bundles which cause
translations to not be loaded correctly. Then I'll go through the tickets
and check stuff in. The fix might involve rebuilding the bundles, that's the
reason I'm waiting for it...
