[Localization] Assigns issue in Pootle

I am trying to assign to different translators a portion of the
messages.
I click on Show Assigns and I add one by one the registered members.
While I expected that each member would be assigned a portion of the
messages, apparently they were all allocated the full amount of
messages.
Am I doing something wrong here?
Last time I used Pootle I could get each user have their own section of
the messages.
