[Localization] Kazakh localization

Do you need kazakh language support for OLPC software? If you need kazakh 
localization I will do it for OLPC free. I am programmer, tester and Linux 
user from Kazakhstan. I live in Petropavlovsk. I can draw some kazakh special 
symobls on the numbers on the top of keyboard. There is only 9 kazakh 
symbols. Other 33 symbols were borrowed from russian aplhabet. 
My questions for you:
1. Do you use UTF-8 locale?
2. Do you have russian translaters and results of translating to russian?
I have sent letter to developer at laptop.org. I need one machine to get results 
of translating to kazakh. Now I am waiting for machine. I am reading mailing 
list "Bugs".
