[LB-XO-LiveCD] LiveCD 080902 is working!

I'm having trouble booting from this. I get

ERROR: no backup media found, stopped ...
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


followed by a busybox prompt.

This is on a real PC and not under any VM.

Any ideas?
