[linux-mm-cc] Page access pattern in multi thread environment

Hi,

I am looking for any monitoring tool or a programme in multi threaded
environment, which can provide information about the virtual page number
each thread is accessing.
Please let me know if there is any such thing that I can add to the kernel
and the the page access information.

Actually I am on to 'search common data  shared by multiple threads '  after
they had been created and while running.
