[linux-mm-cc] Ubuntu/Debian packaging

Hi,

There’s some work in progress with packaging compcache for
Ubuntu/Debian: http://gitweb.heh.fi/?p=ion/ubuntu/compcache.git

Any collaboration would be appreciated. If anyone feels like testing the
packaging, here’s a quick guide for building and installing it from git:
