<div dir="ltr">The problem with the XS documentation it's that it needs to be seriously re factored,<br>it's now too disordered, but that's because the development process is rapidly changing, (at least until the release of the XS-0.4).<br>

</div>At the risk of sound like a crusty old curmudgeon....<br>
<br>
One of the primary reason for project failure is the cost, feature,<br>
product spiral, often called feature creep.<br>
<br>
At this point, it seems more beneficial to focus on the desktop and<br>
activities. We can get those chapters done and done well.<br>
<br>
Then, we can start work on a server, collaboration focused book sprint<br>
in the future. A co-located Fudcon/OLPCcon/SLcon/BookSprint in Boston<br>
the first week of December seems very useful;)<br>

I don't know if Adam Hyde or Anne would be available. When we first<br>
started talking about a collaborative effort between SL and FM on an<br>
updated version of the guide, Anne though she could spend 1-3 hours a<br>
week on the project;)<br>

For anyone willing to listen, I can provide merits for such a co-located<br>
event...after we finish the current event)<br>
