[OLPC library] Final "Library" for inclusion with 8.2 needed ASAP

Hi SJ,

Can you point me to the library bundle you want included with the 8.2 
release?

I could use it today so it gets in the final release candidate image for 
a week of testing before we start manufacturing XOs with 8.2.
