[OLPC library] en_GB translations

hey

i can set up translations. however do you think a en_GB is really
necessary? Personally (as a en_GB colonialist) I don't care if something
is written in en_GB or en_US (or en_NZ etc), its all info and I can deal
with a 'z' here n there.
