[OLPC library] [sugar] Combined Sugar/XO manual outline

Hey all,

are there any major reasons why the Personalising Sugar 
(http://en.flossmanuals.net/bin/view/Sugar/Personalising) chapter isn't 
included?

I'd say that apart from the redesigned Home View the Sugar Control 
Panel and its capabilities, especially with regard to 
downloading/updating activities, is one of the key features of the 
0.8.2 release and a major change compared to the current stable builds 
that people use. So not including it seems like a weird thing to do.

But then again, I might be ever so slightly biased about that chapter! ;-)
