[OLPC library] wiki super structure draft

I am working on creating a super structure for the wiki, so as to make  
it more organized and collect information so that it is easily  
accessible.  Here is the link to my current outline.  I will continue  
creating the uncreated links, but in the meantime if anyone has any  
suggestions or wants to add more detail please feel free to fiddle  
with the page.
