Yes!  That's why MY primary task at the moment is figuring out how
to break it up into more manageable chunks..

Once I get the wiki infrastructure sorted out and ready to go.  I'm going
to ask the WorldVistA and OLPC communities to mark it up, with some
very terse, structured comments.  I've written some templates to ease
the task.  When and If OLPC adopts Semantic MediaWiki, SMW,  these
templates will encapsulate SMW markup.

Yes, I have been thinking about moving the wikied VistA Monograph.
Right now it's all in one place, because that's where I started.
