[OLPC library] short informal discussion on Health

Me, Mika and Anna are going to be having a short informal discussion
on how the health teams can be re-organized to move forward with the
various projects, and also think about how people could
co-ordinate/head the various subteams.

We thought it might be a good idea to keep a conference line open
while discussing it. It'd be the same number as was used for the
conference call, but we hope to have a clearer line today.
