New stable release and library; please test

The latest stable build is currently 303.  We now have a new candidate for 
the next stable build:  please install and test build 368 on your machines 
and emulators [remember to save any personal data off of your machine first!].

You can see updated release notes below; as we are including a small 
library of sample materials in recent builds, there are library release 
notes as well -- please take a look at those, and update them for 
activities and resources you have been working on.
