<div>Last September, we have launched our first pilot project in India at Khairat School located near Navi Mumbai. We are still in a process to figure out ways for the same, and will be glad to hear from you about the same. Our idea is not to engage rural communities, but develop a mechanism by which they can engage themselves, us, and other communities by the concept of "sharing". The "mesh" networking scheme has been one of the mechanisms to achieve the concept of "sharing".

<div>First, our penetration plans depend upon our volunteers only. We are a non-profit organization, and our "Constructionist Movement" depend more on the initiative from our volunteers than from our side. We can develop the platform which has been the prime focus of our "Content Team", whose members have been trying their best in these regards. We will soon have an online system to improve the coordination among the interested volunteers.

<div>Second, after a recent trip to Khairat school, we realized certain shortcomings, and have been working towards fulfiling them. The absence of proper language support which could have been provided via a localized activities/keyboard being one of them. All the technical discussions/feedback that we have received from the list members have been instrumental in our decision making process.

For volunteers interested in "Content", we have "Content Jams" in place. We can work out something similar for other areas too.
