I know the map will get a bit crowded if you put the names of all the
districts, but I can't see any other way of doing this - some of the maps
show only the 'important' districts of Uttar Pradesh (see attached map),
but it would not be OK to leave out other districts. Maybe you can do this
in 2 levels and in each level 'grey' out the districts that are not
included in that level. SO half the districts will appear in colour at one
time in Level 1, with the other districts greyed out. In Level 2, the
reverse will happen - the level-1 districts will be greyed out and the
remaining districts will be in colour.

I appreciate your efforts on the I Know India activity. I have been
demonstrating it to teachers here in Goa, and it is well appreciated. At
some time, we should also think of linking the cities to their respective
Wiki Pages (as in the Marble application under Linux).
