We are sorry that you did not find out how to ask for help sooner.
Every deployment should have that information, and should be
encouraged not to wait until problems get out of hand.

If you can tell us what the specific problems are. However, it is not
your fault if you have never seen how to do that effectively. It
requires some unobvious knowledge and experience, as documented at

Does the charging light go on when you plug them in?
What is the quality of your power source? Is it turned on?

Which icons? What is the expected behavior, and what happens instead?

> OLPC No-3 Finger pad is not running.

Not running at all? Running, but with mouse jitter? Mouse pointer
stuck somewhere? What is the behavior? Is the pad dirty or wet?

The usual remedy is called the four-finger salute, pressing the keys
in the four corners of the keyboard simultaneously. Have you tried
that? Do you still have problems?

What kind of problem? Under what circumstances? What happens that
isn't supposed to? Is this simply a duplicate of the problem of not
charging?

> OLPC No-5 Sounds not working and icons of programs are not in proper manner

5 No sound? Wrong volume? Delay? Crosstalk? Noise? In what situation?
What should happen, and what does happen instead?

6 Icons not working. Duplicate of 2.
