[OLPC India] Issues with OLPC laptops! Can someone help

We had given away 10 laptops to a school for the marginalised children.
For the past few months they have been facing some challenges. I am pasting it the way they have identified them.
Can anyone anywhere in the world help them? That is 70% failure rate. Is Prof Negroponte listening?
