[OLPC India] Himachal Pradesh plans to have OLPC in 4334 schools

The Govt of Himachal Pradesh has decided to deploy OLPC in 4334 schools in the state of Himachal Pradesh.
Chief Minister personally took the lead in making a commitment to let every child have a laptop in the hilly state.
