Interesting article. The initial skepticism of the author concludes with
hope. Let us be optimistic, but the only question is the rationing among
schools, how will this be done, and who will fund costing. If the govt does
not promote it then this can be a stumbling block. Who again is going to
accomodate the entire syllabus into it ? If this cannot be done then the
abseentism problem remains... its alright for children to bdabble with
wikipedia, but what about learning? It is meant to extend the classroom
isn't it?
