While I will take up the other 5 questions you refer to, I am curious to understand which government is it .. Local , state of the center? And what negativity to you notice? Perceptional? Or specific? It may be very helpful to know.

6. The negative stance of the Government is big dampener and inhibits School Administrators and potential funders. Can we do something to shift negative stance of the Government?
