Thanks for looking it up and thanks for the information on speex codec. It 
makes this more interesting.
It is content that Tenet intends to make it freely available , hosted on 
their web site. They have some usual issues about hosting it 'well' (like 
everyone else). If we need to modify the content and host it elsewhere, we 
need their agreement, which should be possible.
They are working on more projects as they are committed to doing this on 
long term basis and it would be good to see how we can leverage it
