Hi Amit,
Thanks for the notes. I couldn't join in because I was at OSCON 2008. I
did meet up with folks from Symbiosis/Gnunify (http://www.gnunify.in/)
and Technetra (http://www.technetra.com/). I'll send out introductory
e-mails to them soon. I've asked Harshad Gune
(http://www.linkedin.com/pub/5/611/25B), the faculty at Symbiosis who
organizes Gnunify, to spread the word and get help from his students.

I can start gathering some contacts in Eastern Uttar Pradesh, around
Allahabad and Varanasi. Does anyone on the list have connections with IT
BHU? http://www.itbhu.ac.in/

I would suggest that one of us who is on the phone call records the call
using Skype or Gizmo or some other solution so that we have meeting
minutes. The other possibility is to use Gobby. Ubuntu Developer Summit
uses it to take meeting notes. Gobby is a collaborative editor, somewhat
like Write.http://gobby.0x539.de/trac/
