[OLPC India] REGISTRATION FOR OLPC INDIA DAY BEGINS FROM TODAY (14th August, 2008)

Hi,
Is this the registration for video-conferencing ?
Is it video-conferencing through internet ? The annoucement is
mentioning India but I suppose it is possible to participate anywhere
in the world, right ?
Technically, which software should be installed ?
