I think the deployment guide is a great starting point.

If Amit could confirm this I could help you in two states-Karnataka and
Tamil Nadu.:both in finding volunteers through my network of NGO's in the
rural areas  and translation into Kannada and Tamil.We have translators who
work with corporates..
Is it possible to list our interests in the deployment page?
