[OLPC India] Devanagari XKB Symbol File

Thanks for your continuous support.

We wish to reach a consensus in the implementation of the XKB symbol files
for the OLPC Devanagari Keyboard. It will be great if you could provide your
feedback on the same. Please have a look at

 . In-case of any deviation, you are most welcome to commit the changes in
the symbol table, at the same page.
