[OLPC India] Localization...

Hi everyone,
  Could you guys tell me what all work has been done regarding the
localization of OLPC for india? Who all are working? How can i be the part
of it?
  Please someone guide me about how to be the part of OLPC. I am little
clueless abt dat. I know, i can develop s/w, debug, design. But, how will in
interact wid the other members who are working online. How can we form a
team to work on a particular task?
