[Health] Diabetes software

Hello mates,

Today I met with a member of openSUSE Greek community and worked on 
couple of software about diabetes.
Our main goal is a software that will take the data from the glucose 
meter and maybe make some graphs (maximum, minimum etc) and maybe send 
it to the pump.

If someone has some proposals for some programs to check, let us know.
