[Health] Mashavu

A year or so ago, I posted a simple electronic microphone on the olpc health
wiki. There is a team at Penn State who came across it (either there or on
my blog?) and has expressed some interest in it as part of a USB microphone
for a Mashavu project. I'm not entirely clear what mashavu is, but it seemed
to me this group would want to know such a thing exists. Is there some
pre-existing mechanism for such projects to find each other and collaborate?
Eg, the OpenMRS project, and now this Mashavu project, and OLPC health, they
all seem to be striving toward very similar goals. Surely all sorts of NGOs
must be working on similar projects.
