Dear All,

 WITFOR 2009 is a multi-focussed ICT4D biennia conference.  The Health
Commission is focussed on promoting the sustainability and integration of
eHealth and Telemedicine projects into the health systems of developing
countries. This year event is held in Vietnam in September 2009. The Call
for Paper is already out and closes by 15th May. Extension of this date is
possible. Further information and instruction to submit can be obtained on
