[Health] Regarding OLPC Health Project

Hello,

I'm herewith attaching a copy of my information flow diagram and the system
diagram. The information flow diagram will show you how we plan to collect
and show the necessary information. The system diagram shows the various
parts of the project. These are the different entities involved. So I show
their role in the project. I also propose the various ideas and solutions I
have thought of till now.
