[OLPC-GSoC] Coding Tutor project for GSoC

Hi!
I am Rahul Bagaria, Third Year Computer Engineering Student from NSIT, New
Delhi, India. I have proposed a new idea for a GSoC project under OLPC
called "Coding Tutor". I have created a wiki page for it at
