[OLPC-GSoC] Weekly Logs (Integration of Speech Synthesis)

Hi all,

Last week saw some development work wrt to the python dotconf parser
implementation and packaging using distutils and then RPM.

The highlights of the week are as follows:

   - Implemented the dot.conf parser/modifier for python - I need this to
   modify the configuration files of speech-dispatcher. If anyone wants to
   review the code then he/she has the following options:
      - Pull from SVN trunk : svn checkout
      http://python-dotconf.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/python-dotconf-read-only
      - Install from SOURCE :
      http://www.nsitonline.in/hemant/stuff/python-dotconf/python-dotconf-0.2.tar.gz
      - Install from RPM :

   - The doxygen documentation of the API provided by python-dotconf is

   - Requested RPM Review for python-dotconf -
