Jon,<br><br>Great! We always need more volunteers and grassroots supporters in new countries. OLPC is throwing a grassroots conference this week in Boston and this weekend in NYC. One of the issues we're working on fixing is a handbook/guide for grassroots volunteers such as yourself start moving forward.<br>
<br>As far as Uganda: there is currently <a href="http://wiki.laptop.org/go/OLPC_Uganda">http://wiki.laptop.org/go/OLPC_Uganda</a> which appears to be a fellow volunteer who wants to get a project started. The user was active on our wiki as of late May, so he is likely still interested.<br>
<br>At the end of the event and as the week progresses we will be putting some of our results and findings on this mailing list and on the wiki. Howdy,<br><br>I am moving my family to Uganda, and one of my goals for
