By the way how are you defining the following terms:-

Stability
Performance
Child Utility
Technical Utility
Grown-up utility
Lines of code

Good definitions of these terms noted in the spreadsheet will reduce  
ambiguity.

Nothing like ambiguity to cause misunderstanding.
