3. XO laptops are available only for private home and educational uses. No
XO laptops will be supplied for resale.


While OLPC couldn't stop you from reselling them, it seems unlikely that
OLPC would be interested in selling to you if your intent were to resell.
I'm not *sure* of this is the case, so you should email
givemany at laptop.organyway to find out the answer directly.

Also, the prices for GiveMany have gone up since the number that was quoted:

Give 100+:  $310 per laptop Give 1000+:  $260 per laptop Give 10,000+:  $210
per laptop
Unfortunately, that's all that I know.  Email the above and find out for
sure.
