To get involved (deeper):
- ask for clear commitment. (time,effort,skills,gain)
- avoid discussion => empower doing => reward things done.
- creating simple/daily tasks for newbies to get in organization.
- creating leadership positions (helping newbies)
- create support system (leaders/groups).

General rules? 
- avoid discussion => empower doing => reward getting things done.
- jakarta voting => getting support/approval for ideas/plans
