Hey Alexander,

The newsletter is of course openly licensed. We might define a common 
license for all newsletter in the next meeting, this one is licensed 
under creative common's by-nc-sa (Attribution, Non-commercial, Share 
Alike -- http://creativecommons.org/about/licenses/meet-the-licenses). 
I'll add it to the wiki right now.

Feel free to use, modify and share it as you wish! :)
