This is what Earth Treasury wants to do, with local, national, and
international projects and groups.

Not difficult, but there is some expense involved in doing it right.
For NPs intending to work on a national or international level, this
expense is worthwhile to prevent problems later.

There are groups looking to raise significantly more and buy
significantly more, and your group would be welcome to join in.
