SJ Klein or Henry Hardy should be able to help you w/ the mailing list.
To create a page on the wiki, simply register as a user and create a new
page by simply creating a reference to OLPC Tennessee somewhere else in
the wiki. Like so [[OLPC Tennessee]], then click on the link and away
you go.

I myself helped start a grassroots group and then an NGO that is now
implementing OLPC at two Nepali schools. I have lots of opinions on how
best to get OLPC off the ground w/ a grassroots organization. I would be
happy to answer any questions you might have
