[OLPC-Games] Interesting game development tool proposal

Hi!

This was a proposal given to me by the blender developers (you're free to use 
and distribute), and is a very interesting proposition for the blender game 
engine.

I just thought you may like it too- eventhough its 3D centric, its easily 
applicable to the OLPC limited platform.
