[OLPC-Games] Game Development Newbies Project

I really like the idea of the Game Development Newbie page, and since I'm
working on a side scroller engine that allows for easy level creation, I
added a small blurb about it on the page to give people an idea of what they
can get involved in.  I tried to be clear, but please feel free to change
the language.
