[OLPC-Games] Pygame game templates and cookbook

Girlstart has been hard at work on game templates to make developing games in Pygame easier for novice programmers.  These templates for individual types of games come with "cookbook recipes" for how to add features and functionality.  The templates and cookbook are in the final stages of tweaking, and our pilot program using them will begin in late January.

I encourage anyone who has made games in Pygame to think about cookbook recipes that would be useful for younger, novice programmers, and send me your ideas!  It's easy to take snippets of code you've already written and write short instructions for how to insert them into another program.
